An infusion of dried blackberry fruits and leaves is used to treat diarrhea and dysentery; in disorders of the gastrointestinal tract, acute cold, pneumonia, increased nervous excitability, pathological phenomena and the climacteric period (hot flashes, insomnia), as well as in some kidney diseases.
