The pastille manufacturing process includes careful drying at low temperatures, which allows you to preserve all the useful substances, antioxidants and vitamins contained in apples, blueberries and mint. The absence of artificial additives, preservatives or dyes emphasizes the environmental friendliness and naturalness of the product. The end result is not only an extremely tasty and aromatic pastila, but also a healthy snack that reflects the richness and purity of the nature from which it comes. What does it look like? Red-purple apple-blueberry pastila with honey and mint.
The weight of one piece (bagel) is 7-12 grams on average.
Composition (apple, blueberries, honey, mint).
Preparation:
- Mix baked apples, blueberries, add water, mint and honey and mix until a homogeneous mass is formed.
- We spread the resulting mass in a dryer.
- We dry until ready.
- The paste is ready! Cut it into pieces and pack it for serving.
Storage. The paste is stored in a cool, dry place for a long time without changing its taste and color. The storage period is 12 months.
Packaging. The pastila is cut into pieces and rolled into bagels. Packing in Doi (Zip-lock) bag with a window.
