No jam grated with sugar! Our jam consists of fresh fruits and berries by 75% or more, with a minimum of sugar, so it is not cloyingly sweet and as healthy as possible. The absence of prolonged heat treatment helps to preserve most of the valuable substances and vitamins, as well as a fresh taste, reminiscent of summer on cold winter evenings.
A natural gelling agent is added to the jam - apple pectin with citric acid, for confiture, which does not spread and is very convenient for consumption!
