I spent my childhood in the garden that my grandfather planted. I remember how in the summer every morning I took a basket and went to look for fragrant ripe apples that fell from the trees during the night. Then my grandmother and I washed and cut them, my grandmother melted the oven-couch, and in it we dried apples for a healing winter compote. We also made delicious jams from apples and black currants, raspberry syrup.

Our garden was near the forest. But forest crops also grew in grandfather's garden. One day I asked my grandfather: “Why do we need such big trees that do not bear fruit?” Grandfather smiled and answered: “Linden annually gives its color for medicinal tea, the nectar from its flowers is collected by our bees. And the grandmother takes the earth from the hollows of trees for indoor flowers, as a result, the flowers grow well. In autumn, all these trees give a lot of fallen leaves, which are good bedding for livestock and, after composting with manure, becomes a valuable fertilizer.

And then I realized that each tree in the garden can have several functions. So, you can say that I grew up in a forest garden. And along with me, my love for working on the ground and the dream of planting a forest garden grew. The realization of this dream was facilitated by the fact that after defending my dissertation in 2006, I started working as an assistant professor at the department of horticulture and viticulture of Uzhgorod National University. I not only taught students such subjects as soil science with the basics of geology, agrochemistry, vegetable growing, organic fruit growing and viticulture, biotechnology, technology for processing and storing crop products, but I also constantly studied myself. And at this time, our large family acquired the first own piece of land on which we began to grow a garden.

We have been shaping our garden for 17 years. Our uniqueness lies in the fact that we grow our fruits in a permaculture forest garden, where fruit trees, berry bushes, grapes, vegetables, aromatic and medicinal herbs, as well as forest crops grow together.

During these years, they collected a collection of various varieties of apples, plums, pears, grapes, quince, sea buckthorn, dogwood, edible honeysuckle, black, red and white currants, viburnum, mountain ash, hawthorn, shadberry. We grow all this according to our author's technology, using only organic fertilizers and biological means of protection.

Our marshmallows, jams, teas are made with love from raw materials grown by our own hands or harvested high in the Transcarpathian mountains, where there are no fields cultivated with agrochemicals nearby. This is what distinguishes us from other craft manufacturers who buy raw materials and do not control their quality.

Today, our catalog contains more than 100 types of high quality craft products made from raw materials grown using organic technology, or collected in places that have not seen chemistry for decades.
