Natural honey enriches the product, giving it even more useful properties and mild sweetness.
The manufacturing process of this pastille takes place without the addition of artificial colors or preservatives, with an emphasis on preserving the natural taste and aroma of the ingredients. The sugar used in the recipe only emphasizes the natural sweetness of apples and blueberries, making the final product not only incredibly tasty, but also balanced in taste. The technology of drying at low temperatures allows you to preserve all useful substances, vitamins and trace elements, making pastila not only a wonderful dessert, but also a healthy snack that supports health and well-being.
What does it look like? Apple-blueberry pastila with sugar and red-purple mint.
The weight of one piece (bagel) is 7-12 grams on average.
Composition (apple, blueberry, sugar, mint).
Preparation:
- Mix baked apples, blueberries, add mint water and sugar and mix until a homogeneous mass is formed.
- We spread the resulting mass in a dryer.
- We dry until ready.
- The paste is ready! Cut it into pieces and pack it for serving.
Storage. The paste is stored in a cool, dry place for a long time without changing its taste and color. The storage period is 12 months.
Packaging. The lozenge is cut into pieces. Packing in Doi bag with a window.
