The process of its production includes the careful removal of moisture from the fruit using low-temperature drying, which allows you to preserve all the beneficial properties of the ingredients, as well as their natural color and aroma. This method ensures the high quality of the finished product, providing the pastille with a soft texture and preserving the taste of fresh apples and cherries. As a result, pastila becomes not just a tasty dessert, but also a useful addition to the diet, reflecting the richness and purity of nature, which is invested in every piece of it.
What does it look like? Apple-cherry pastila with red-ruby sugar.
The weight of one piece is 7-12 grams on average.
Composition (apple, cherry, sugar).
Preparation:
- Mix the baked apples, cherry juice, add water and sugar and mix until a homogeneous mass is formed.
- We spread the resulting mass in a dryer.
- We dry until ready.
- The paste is ready! Cut it into pieces and pack it for serving.
Storage. The paste is stored in a cool, dry place for a long time without changing its taste and color. The storage period is 12 months.
Packaging. The lozenge is cut into pieces. Packing in Doi bag with a window.
