The weight of one piece (bagel) is 7-12 grams on average.
Composition (apple, grape, honey).
Preparation:
- Mix the baked apples, grape juice, add water and honey and mix to form a homogeneous mass.
- We spread the resulting mass in a dryer.
- We dry until ready.
- The paste is ready! Cut it into pieces and pack it for serving.
Storage. The paste is stored in a cool, dry place for a long time without changing its taste and color. The storage period is 12 months.
