In its raw form, it practically does not differ from potatoes, but in the process of cooking it becomes sweet. The skin is yellow-brown, the flesh is light-orange marble, the yield is above average, 5 kg per bush.

Table variety with light brown skin. The core is light yellow, sometimes with pink spots, depending on the composition of the soil. The leaves are of a pronounced red color, which is especially evident in sufficient sunlight. The average weight of tubers: 300 g on heavy soils, 500 g on light soils.
