Solivarske (Shovari). The fruit is pink in color, has a speckled and blurred blush with stripes, a gray coating, tartaric pleasant taste. The shape of the fruit is spherical. Fruit width 62±6 mm, height 57±4 mm. The fruits ripen in October.
Solivarskoe noble is a variety of local origin, included in the standard assortment of the region. There are also sources that indicate that this variety is of Hungarian origin. It was described for the first time in 1876 in Romania, when it had already been known for a long time. Also common in Hungary, it was described there in 1880.
It has high taste qualities, the fruits are juicy, with a balanced sweet-sour taste.
There is no or very little oiliness to the skin. The main color of the fruit is green, the blush is red, continuous, the fruit is completely covered with it. The intensity of the blush is strong. Rust near the calyx, peduncle, on the surface of the fruit is very weak or absent. The lentils of the fruit are small. The color of the flesh of the fruit is white.
