Natural dried plum - high-quality, sweet, well-dried plum without stones. It is dried from autumn varieties of ripe plums, which are also used to make prunes, so you can call this product natural prunes.
How do we do it? We pluck the plums, wash them, cut them into slices and dry them (the plums were dried in an electric dryer (dehydrator)). No additives are added during the drying process. The result is a completely natural dried fruit in which all vitamins and beneficial properties are completely preserved, since the lobes are dried at a temperature of 45 °C (unlike prunes, which are dried at temperatures when vitamins are destroyed).
Where are plums from? Plums from your garden. Unprocessed, homemade.
Storage. Dried fruits are stored in a cool, dry place. They retain their taste properties for at least a year. However, you will eat our dried fruits much faster :))
Packaging. To send you, we pack each type of dried fruit in a separate paper kraft bag, on which the type and weight will be marked.
Kids love prunes. For strong children's teeth, it is like chewing gum, the plum is well dried, but retains its elasticity. Dried plums are very useful for a child's digestion, as they help with stool problems.
Prunes contain 9-17 percent sugars: fruits, glucose, sucrose; organic acids — malic, citric, oxalic and a little salicylic; bakery; tannins and nitrogenous substances; vitamins A, C, B1, B2; minerals — a large amount of potassium and phosphorus, less sodium, calcium, magnesium and iron. There is a lot of iron and other vitamins in the concoction, so it is very useful for vitamin deficiency and anemia (especially iron deficiency). Thanks to the production of ballast substances, plums are simply necessary for the gastrointestinal tract. So, with stomach diseases, only 5-6 berries per day are enough. Plum (especially dry) has a soothing and diuretic effect, is treated during atherosclerosis, cholecystitis, diseases of the liver, heart, kidneys, and hypertension.
