Our ancestors dried fruits and berries for further use in winter, while retaining almost all the healing properties and taste. Most of our dried fruits come from an ecologically clean permaculture forest garden or from the Carpathian forest. This is what ensures the genuine naturalness and benefits of products. Dried fruits go a long way, starting from a tree/bush, drying it in a dehydrator at 45°C to preserve all the vitamins and minerals, enzymes. Raw materials do not stand in warehouses the other day, moldy, but are moved and carefully dried, then packed in eco-friendly bags with a window.
