Composition (apple, red currants, honey).
Preparation:
- Mix the baked apples, currant juice, add water and honey and mix until a homogeneous mass is formed.
- We spread the resulting mass in a dryer.

Storage. The paste is stored in a cool, dry place for a long time without changing its taste and color. The storage period is 12 months.
