The weight of one piece (bagel) is 7-12 grams on average.
Composition (apple, honey, spinach, mint).
Preparation:
- Mix baked apples, spinach, add water, honey and mint and mix until a homogeneous mass is formed.
- We spread the resulting mass in a dryer.
- We dry until ready.
- The pastila is ready! Cut it into pieces and pack it for serving.
Storage. The paste is stored in a cool, dry place for a long time without changing its taste and color. The storage period is 12 months.
