Ingredients (blueberries, zucchini, honey, mint).
Preparation:
- Mix blueberries and pieces of zucchini, add mint, sugar, water and mix to form a homogeneous mass.
- We spread the resulting mass in a dryer.
- We dry until ready.
- The paste is ready! Cut it into pieces and pack it for serving.
Storage. The paste is stored in a cool, dry place for a long time without changing its taste and color. The storage period is 12 months.
Packaging. The lozenge is cut into pieces. Packaging in Doi bag with a window or in vacuum packaging.
