Dried rose hips 100g
Rosehip is an excellent source of vitamins, micro- and macroelements, flavonoids, tannins, organic acids and essential oil. This plant is widely used by doctors, pharmacists, perfumers, as well as manufacturers of food and alcoholic products. Rose hips are used by folk healers, however, as well as "ordinary mortals" who care about their own health. People have learned to use all parts of the rosehip from the roots to the fruits for their benefit.
How do we do it? Shave the rosehip by hand. Dry in a dehydrator. The result is a completely natural dried fruit in which all vitamins and useful properties are completely preserved, since the berries are dried at a temperature of 45 °C.
Where does rosehip come from? Rosehip from ecologically clean areas around the forest plantation. Unprocessed, homemade.
Storage. Rose hips are stored in a cool, dry place. They retain their taste properties for at least 2 years.
Packaging. To send you rose hips, we pack them in a separate paper kraft bag, on which the type and weight will be marked.
How to brew dried rose hips? Wash off. Grind in a coffee grinder or blender (without removing hairs). Next, pour the resulting "flour" into a thermos with a glass flask, pour 60-degree water and insist for 45-50 minutes (longer insisting is due to the need to soak the dry particles of rose hips). Filter the infusion. Boil the "sediment" for 30 minutes (1 teaspoon of raw material per 0.5 liters of water). Filter again, cool, mix the decoction with the infusion and add honey (or any other "sweetener").
In addition, you can brew whole rose hips. Just be prepared right away that this brewing process will take much longer, and more precisely - from 7 to 12:00. Well, you can't do without a thermos with a glass flask either. Metal thermoses somewhat reduce the beneficial properties of rosehip, so it is recommended to use only a thermos with a glass flask for brewing rosehip. The simplest option for brewing whole dry rose hips looks like this: put the rose hips in a thermos, fill it with 60-degree water and leave it from 7 to 12:00 (depending on the limits of your patience). It is ideal to leave the infusion overnight, and in the morning drink a healthy drink with honey or apple jam.
