One of the most popular jasmine teas in China is Jasmine Pearl or Mo Li Long Feng Zheng.
It is produced immediately in several provinces in the southeast of China. The trick of this tea is that during the production process, the tea, twisted into small pearls, is laid together with the buds of jasmine flowers. Thanks to this, the tea acquires a delicate and refined aroma.
It looks like this: not far from the tea plantations are jasmine gardens, where the trees have been cultivated for decades in such a way that the aroma of their flowers is the brightest. In the spring, jasmine begins to bloom and you can lose your head from this sight. At this time, the spring (most valuable) tea harvest takes place. Buds of jasmine flowers are removed from trees and sent to tea factories in special wicker boxes. There they take part in the tea processing process. They are mixed with it and for several days transfer their aroma to the tea. The jasmine flowers are then separated from the tea leaves, which later undergo the final processing stage and are packaged. All these actions with tea are carried out exclusively by hand, with minimal use of machines and machines.
The tea leaf is arranged in such a way that it readily absorbs the aroma of jasmine, and then retains it for a very long time. At the same time, the aroma of jasmine is surprisingly harmonious with the aroma of green tea. It does not interrupt it, but complements it. They do not "compete", but precisely "cooperate". Listen to the sensations and you will feel it yourself.
Jasmine Pearl Chinese green tea is a light, bright, interesting tea. It is not astringent and without bitterness. Girls and women will definitely like it. He captivates. You want to drink it to lift your mood. If you are new to tea, I recommend starting with it.
